Overview
Aphelion Auto is a real vehicle-shipping business founded by Blake Paulson. The public site is built around lead generation: customers can request transport quotes, review service tiers, and find route-specific information across a large service-area library.
The broader project includes the customer-facing site and a private CRM panel for quotes, orders, carriers, drivers, widgets, analytics, and follow-up. Aphelion acts as a broker and coordinator; independent motor carriers perform the physical transport.
Methodology
The public site uses reusable PHP includes and city data to keep shared navigation, service explanations, FAQs, structured metadata, and local landing pages consistent while still producing route- and market-specific content. The quote experience separates standard requests from consultation-led premium transport where lane scarcity, equipment, vehicle value, timing, and regulatory requirements need human review.
Quote and contact flows are validated at the boundary, protected with anti-abuse controls, and routed to the internal CRM through server-side PHP and MySQL integrations. The operating model treats pricing as an estimate until carrier assignment, so the product combines automated intake with manual dispatch and exception handling.
